Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities provides services to individuals and families regardless of their religious beliefs. The cost of Counseling Services is set by a sliding fee scale and may be subsidized for those with lower incomes. Services include individual counseling, family counseling, marriage and relationship counseling, and grief counseling.

Text 741741 from anywhere in the USA to text with a trained Crisis Counselor. Every texter is connected with a Crisis Counselor, a real-life human being trained to bring texters from a hot moment to a cool calm through active listening and collaborative problem solving. All of the Crisis Counselors are volunteers, donating their time to helping people in crisis.

Cypress Lakes Lodge 
They facilitate Medical Detox and provide Residential Treatment Program (RTC), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Aftercare Program (relapse prevention), all of which include their Family Therapy Program. Cypress Lakes Lodge isn't an institutionalized treatment center, but rather a retreat-like home setting which awakens the mind, body, and spirit back to a thriving natural state. Their treatment recovery plans are built for long-term recovery that addresses psychiatric comorbidity factors, addiction and how these affect the mind, body, spirit connection in addition to intimate relationships that can add to the clients quality of life.

Recovery Connection helpline coordinators can ease the process of helping you find a program that suits your needs and provide you with accurate information and guidance. Their services are free of charge and the helpline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  All calls are confidential.


Eating Disorders Recovery

Elijah's Place
Elijah’s Place is a program to provide ongoing grief support services to children, ages 5 to 18, who have experienced the death of a parent or sibling.  As an outgrowth of the original grief support offered through Elijah's Place, KIDS (Kids in Divorce Support) has sprung up to address the pain caused by separation and divorce. At present, KIDS is accepting children ages 5 - 18 into group sessions.

Family Services of Southeast Texas 
Counseling services cover personal or family challenges that require anything from short-term counseling to referrals for social services to longer-term treatment.  Counseling is provided for:  Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Marital Difficulties, Parenting Challenges, Stepfamily Adjustments, Substance Abuse, Child Abuse & Neglect, and Domestic Violence.  Services are offered on a sliding fee scale. Land Manor Drug Rehabilitation and Treatment Services 
Land Manor, Inc. operates four residential/outpatient substance abuse treatment programs.  Adam's House is a 21-bed facility offers a residential program, serving adolescent males between the ages of 13 and 17 years of age. The outpatient program serves male and adolescent females.  The programs focus on self-defeating behavior through behavior modification and positive peer pressure.  Services are offered for adults as well.  Services include HIV testing, counseling and referrals as well.

LASSA (Legal Aid for Survivors of Sexual Assault)
LASSA attorneys provide sexual assault survivors with legal information and advice about legal issues that may arise following a sexual assault. Callers may remain anonymous, if they wish, and still receive information about crime victim’s rights, housing, employment, immigration, education and safety planning. Callers who are ready to pursue legal remedies may be asked for more information so they can receive case-specific legal advice and possible representation. Clients must be a survivor of sexual assault to receive services. The LASSA hotline is answered by attorneys seven days a week. National Suicide Prevention Hotline
Anyone who is depressed, despairing, going through a hard time, or just needs to talk, including people who are thinking about suicide. Any life issues may be discussed on the Chat program. The chat specialists are here to listen and support you through whatever difficult times you may be facing. If the service appears offline or busy, please call the Lifeline at 1-800-273 TALK (8255). Spindletop Center
Community services are offered for vulnerable, at risk clients who often lack the ability to meet their basic needs.
Crisis screening and assessment services for people who are in emotional or mental crisis. For those individuals who are in severe psychiatric crisis, a short-term residential unit is available.  Mental health services are offered for people challenged with: Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depression, Severe emotional crises, and Difficulty with independent living skills related to mental health issues.
Services and support for eligible persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities or pervasive development disorders is available. They also offer Substance Abuse treatment programs and provide residential and outpatient services.  Coming soon: LGBT Youth Support Services.

Ubi Caritas 
is the only full-time clinic in the Beaumont area dedicated exclusively to serving the uninsured.    The Clinic offers acute and chronic care as well as preventative care, in a family practice setting using the skills of Nurse Practitioners. A sliding scale fee structure allows anyone to receive assistance, no matter their income. A collaborating physician is available off-site for consultation and referrals.  In October 2011, Ubi Caritas formed a partnership with Family Smiles Dental Center to provide General Dentistry for Adults & Children. Family Smiles accepts Medicaid & CHIPS, cash patients w/out Insurance.
