In the event of an emergency school closing or delayed start, information will be time-stamped and posted in this area.

General Closure

When such conditions exist, the Superintendent will make the official decision concerning the closing or delayed opening of the district’s facilities.

When it is necessary for a school closure, to open late, or release students early, Hamshire-Fannett ISD Communications Department will send an automated message by phone, post the notice on our website with a pop-up notice, and utilize social media. In addition, the message will be broadcast over major radio and TV stations in our local area.
