Darrell Westfall is an educational leader with more than 20 years of experience in public education, serving in roles that include teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, and Director of Human Resources and Student Services. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong school cultures, supporting student success, and developing effective educational systems that serve both students and staff.

Mr. Westfall earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Mathematics and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. He holds certifications as a Superintendent, Principal, and Mathematics educator in Texas.

During his career, he has led district initiatives in human resources, student services, career and technical education, assessment and accountability, and organizational leadership. He has also served as a Title IX Coordinator, District Testing Coordinator, and Director of Career and Technical Education. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he is committed to fostering positive relationships with educators, families, and communities.

Outside of education, Mr. Westfall has remained actively involved in youth mentorship and community programs through coaching youth sports and church leadership.
